What is the BOSW?
BOSW(Binging of work Occupation and Saturation with other Weighted factors) refers to multiple bonds that are adjusted by the employee’s job saturation and job share, and the weighted proportion of actual work hours based on the frequency and time-consuming proportion for a specific function or work process. BOSW can more accurately identify employees’ performance, the rationality of job assignments between employees, and the gap from employees’ actual working hours to scheduled hours as well as fillability of other jobs.

t represents the time-consuming for each employees and each role.
rt represents the total time-consuming for a role
tt represents the total time-consuming for each employee
rtt is the total of tt or rt.
F is the frequency occurred for a role.
- Saturation rate = tt/total required work time at a specific period
- Occupation rate = tt / rtt
- Weighting of roles is to weight tt by % of rt, weighting of frequency is to weight tt by % of F
